Day 112: All One


 Sometimes I think I am alone then I see it is AllOne.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to believe I am alone

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not see, realize and understand that it is fine to be alone

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not see, realize and understand that I have to do what I see I have to do, wether alone or in company

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not see, realize and understand that I am never truly alone

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not enjoy my own company

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not see, realize and understand that if I don't enjoy my own company I won't be able to enjoy being with someone else

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not be grateful for having myself

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not see, realize and understand that I will always have myself

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not see, realize and understand that I feel alone because I don't know myself

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to want to avoid being with myself

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not see, realize and understand that it is foolish to try to avoid myself since I will be with myself forever - and I can't avoid myself forever

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not see, realize and understand that resistance is futile

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to dislike myself

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not investigate and forgive what I dislike of myself

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not see, realize and understand that unless I make peace with myself I won't have peace

I commit myself to investigate all that I don't like about myself and forgive it

I commit myself to remind myself I will always be with myself

I commit myself to make of myself all that I can in this life
