Day 110: Compassion
Compassion
1. a deep awareness of and sympathy for another's suffering
2. the humane quality of understanding the suffering of others and wanting to do something about it
Don't we see that capitalism is like a game of monopoly we are playing in real time? You obviously see the many that go unfed and unsheltered yet, what to do, everyone ignores them so I will ignore them too !
The need of a new system is obvious and yet people does not stand up for it except very few, in time we will be many and the new system - an Equal Money System will be implemented.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to be angry because people don't stand up for an Equal Money System
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not see that I have to become the best version of myself and that is all I can do
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to look for change outside myself instead of seeing what I can do for myself first
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not see, realize and understand that unless I stand up for myself in all dimensions my standing up will be missed
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to look at how to improve the world without improving myself first
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to blame 'other people' for what the world is currently instead of seeing what I can do to improve myself
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to believe change is outside of myself when it is inside of myself in fact
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not see that I can't make someone change but I can change myself
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not see, realize and understand I can make a real life for myself
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to live a life of instability when I could make more to become stable
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not see, realize and understand that unless I become my best version I cannot help others or effect change effectively
When and as I see that I blame 'others' for the state of the world, I stop and I breathe. I realize it is not about 'others' but 'self' and I have to become my best version in every moment of breathe until it is done
When and as I see myself 'wanting to change the world' I stop and I breathe. I realize I have to change myself as that is what is in my power to do - so I apply myself to become my best version in every breathe
I commit myself to remind myself it is not 'others' faults but about becoming the best version of myself
I commit myself to remind myself to not choose the easy life but face myself as much as I can
