Day 89: Commitment


 Courage is what it takes to uphold commitments, self-trust, self-honesty, why don't I do it or better said how have I not done it up until now? 

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not uphold my commitments up until now

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to believe my words are empty

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not realize the absolute power in my words

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not see, realize and understand that every time I uphold my commitments I become stronger and vice versa

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not see, realize and understand that I have what it takes to uphold my commitments

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not see that I should not make a commitment if I am not prepared to uphold it

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not see that I am ready to uphold any commitment that in self honesty I can uphold

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not take seriously my commitments

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not see that excuses and justifications are not valid to void commitments

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not see that I am aware every time that I am about to infringe upon a commitment so I have the oppotunity to uphold it instead

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not see, realize and understand that doing what is best for me is not a sacrifice - but doing what is not best for me is a sacrifice - of myself

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to diminish myself by breaking my commitments

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to fear making commitments in fear of breaking them

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not see, realize and understand that upholding commitments is like hugging myself, not a sacrifice

I commit myself to uphold every one of my commitments no matter what

I commit myself to uphold every one of my commitments ignoring excuses and justifications - always

 What has come to pass I cannot fathom, conscience has awakened. Everyone has a conscience but not everyone uses it. Listen to your conscience as it will tell you, who you are.
