Day 62: Resistance is Finite

As I write this line, I wanted to stop altogether. This does not mean I will stop, but breathe through it.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to want to avoid facing myself.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to believe there will be no resistance in change.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not see that I can walk through resistance with breath.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to want to give up when facing resistance.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not see that consistency is key.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to fear not being consistent in the future because I have not being consistent in the past.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not see that resistance is finite.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not see that I remain.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to want to not have resistance.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not value resistance for  what it is, something that indicates me where to go.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not see, realize and understand that Life is a gift not a burden

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not see that life is a momentary opportunity to realize myself

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not be grateful for my life

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not see, realize and understand that once I have seen I can't unsee

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to doubt myself

I commit myself to remind myself to breathe

I commit myself to walk in every moment of breath to the best of my hability

I commit myself to stop and correct myself whenever I stray from the path

I commit myself to trust myself
