Habits can make or break you, either supportive or detrimental for self, there is no middle path.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to keep bad habits
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not stop bad habits
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not see that I can support myself with good habits
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not see that habits can make or break me
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed to not kick the bad habits
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not see that bad habits will only break me
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not see that good habits will support me and make me grow
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not give importance to habits
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not see that unless I kick bad habits I will only hold myself back
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not see that if I want a good life I have to stop the bad habits and implement good ones
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not see that there is not such thing as one time or one last time with bad habits
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to underestimate the importance of habits
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to minimize bad habits
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not see that whatever repeats in a cycle is an habit, no matter how long the cycle
I commit myself to flag any behavior I see is an habit and stop it if is bad as in not supportive or encourage it if is supportive
I commit myself to stop any and every unsupportive habit
I commit myself to stop as soon as I see I am about to engage in an unsupportive habit
I commit myself to remind myself that ultimately bad/unsupportive habits will not fulfill me but destroy me
I commit myself to remind myself that even if it is hard, good supportive habits will reap supportive rewards in the long run
I commit myself to, whenever I am tempted to engage in bad/unsupportive behaviours Stop
