Day 45: Expectations Can Fail

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to have expectations about my life, and become disappointed when I don't see them happening

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not see that nothing is guaranteed in this world except death

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to expect things from myself

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to expect things from others

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to believe I can know the future, when it is uncertain

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not see that all plans can change as there is no fixed future

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to become attached to what I think will be happening/I will be doing

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not be flexible with my plans

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to want a certain future but do nothing to make it possible

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not see that every step towards a goal may materialize it or it may not, and I have to be ok with it

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to give up on building anything

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to participate in paranoia of failure, whereas I think everything I do will fail so why bother trying

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not see that many things that I have done have not failed

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not give myself the opportunity to build myself and create myself

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not see that expectations can always fail

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not walk unconditionally without expectations

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not see that I am more calm without having expectations

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to judge what happens as either good or bad, while I don't know its ultimate effects

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not see that form something  I judge as bad can come something cool and vice-versa
