Day 28: Music Addiction
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to entertain myself with music all day
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to hide from myself in listening to music all day
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed muyself to not see, realise and understand that listening to songs all day prevents me from directing myself effectively in doing what I have to do
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to soothe myself with music instead of facing reality
I forgive myself that have accepted and allowed myself to participate in the polarity where if there is no music it is boring and if there is music it is entertaining/fun
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not see, realise and understand that I can't hide from myself in music
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not see, realise and understand that there is nothing to fear in not listening to any music
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to become addicted to listening to music all day starting first thing when I wake up
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to see silence as dull
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to 'keep myself going' with music
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to invest so much money in listening devices to listen to music
I forgive myself that I have not accepted and allowed myself to see that using music to distract myself form my responsibilities is not cool
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to fear not having any music to listen to
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not appreciate silence
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not see that music can be like television to program myself
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to overuse music
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to keep circulating around the same music every day
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to use music as a crutch to go by my day without doing much
I commit myself to remind myself that I don't need music to live
I commit myself to remind myself that silence is okay
I commit myself to stop music addiction
I commit myself to remind myself to appreciate silence
