Day 14: Only Lost Time


I've realized that I am able to stand up for myself no matter where I come from, what I've done or where I find myself in this moment. Some will have to stand up from having commited adultery, some will stand up from having commited other crimes, some will stand up from an addiction, it doesn't matter. Looking back it is only lost time, and instead of wallowing in despair because of the Past, I realize the past is passed, it doesn't matter what it is because it is already gone, what matters is this very breath now, and there is nothing I can do that will prevent me from standing up for myself. For example I can decide to stand up for myself in this breath or believe that by commiting any other action I will be exempt from standing up for myself - that is not so - I will Still have to stand up for myself whatever I have done. Stop the trap of thinking/believing that by doing something extravagant I will be exempt, no, I still am responsible to stand up for myself and for All.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to believe that I will be exempt from standing up for myself by participating in something I am not proud of such as addicitons.

I forgive myself that I have not accepted and allwoed myself to see that I can stand up for myself in every moment of breath no matter what's in the past

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to try to do something I am not proud of to not have to stand up for myself

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to believe I can have an excuse to not have to stand up for myself

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to use addictions to not stand up for myself 

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not see that I can stand up for myself in every moment of breath no matter what

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to believe there is something I can do that will make me exempt from standing up for myself 

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to look for ways to not have to stand up for myself and instead live self interest

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not see, realize and understand I have the capacity to stand up for myself 

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to believe I cannot stand up for myself and look for ways to not have to stand up for myself instead

I forgive myself that I have not accepted and allowed myself to see that I am enough to stand up for myself

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not see that I can give myself permission to stand up for myself once and for all

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to want my past to affect myself in not being able to stand up for myself instead of forgiving myself and my past unconditionally

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not see that I have the ability to stand up for myself in every moment of breath no matter what 

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to want to have a past so ugly that I don't have to stand up for myself instead of realizing that still, I have to stand up for myself

I forgive myself that I have not accepted and allowed myself to see that all that I try to do to not stand up for myself is  - aside of consequence it can create - only lost time.

I commit myself to stand up for myself in every moment of breath

I commit myself to remind myself that there is no time for games of doing something to not have to stand up for myself, as there is no such thing

I commit myself to remind myself that the clock is ticking for me to stand up for myself

I commit myself to remind myself to stand up in every moment of breath as it is the only possible way - and all the other is wasting time
